In addition to over 20 years of experience in major publicly traded manufacturing and construction
materials companies, mostly in senior finance leadership positions, he has worked in corporate finance
with a major Texas bank holding company, public accounting and consulting.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a finance concentration from the University
of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. Ken
is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Ken lives in Dallas with his wife of 35 years. He is the father of two adult sons and is a charter member
of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.
